Art Provides presents a Workshop on Compassionate Communication

  • Do you want to experience more peace in your life?
  • Would you like closer relationships with the important people in your life?
  • Would you prefer to handle your anger or other difficult feelings in a way that does not offend other people?

If yes, join us!

Saturday afternoon, August 27, from 2 to 4 pm - FREE INTRO CLASS

Bruce and Sophia Campbell offer a course in Compassionate Communication, a way of relating to each other that helps us replace conflict with peace.  By focusing on people’s needs, for love or appreciation, for example, we can replace our old patterns of attacking, defending, or withdrawing in the face of judgment and criticism.   When we focus on clarifying what is being observed, felt, and needed, rather than on diagnosing, blaming, and judging, we discover how we can make our lives more peaceful.

To learn how to get in touch with your natural empathy and bring greater joy into your relationships, join Bruce and Sophia on Saturday afternoon, August 27, from 2 to 4 pm at Art Provides, located at 35 North Main in St. George, for a FREE introduction to Compassionate Communication.

This free introduction will be followed by a six-week workshop at the same time and place.  Saturday afternoons from September 3 - October 8.  The cost for this workshop will be:

  • $200 - For a single participant
  • $300 - For a couple
  • $100 - For students and seniors

We have scholarships available so that no one misses this workshop because of money.  Please contact Art Provides for more information.

Textbook and handouts are included in this price.
